Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VeriWasp, operated by Will Ballentine ("VeriWasp," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using VeriWasp, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use VeriWasp.

The service

VeriWasp is an AI-driven browser playtesting service: you describe a flow (or let our AI draft one), and VeriWasp drives a real browser through your application to check it, along with API testing, accessibility scans, and load testing. Test runs consume credits, purchased or included with your plan.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use VeriWasp. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep your billing details current.

Only test what you're authorized to test

You may only submit URLs and flows for sites and applications you own or are authorized to test. VeriWasp drives a real browser against the target, including any third-party services that site calls, like payment processors or APIs, so running it against a system you don't control or haven't cleared for testing can violate that system's own terms, or the law. You're responsible for that authorization; VeriWasp is not.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VeriWasp to:

• Test, scan, or attack systems you don't have authorization to test.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to VeriWasp's own infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written permission.
• Use the AI resolver or planner to generate or execute anything unlawful, including malware, phishing flows, or credential-stuffing scripts.
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

Credits and billing

VeriWasp is billed through Stripe on a credit basis: each test run consumes credits purchased directly or included in a subscription plan. Prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page and may change with notice posted on the site. Credits and subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion.

AI-generated results aren't guarantees

Playtest flows, resolved steps, and pass/fail judgments are produced by an AI model and automated browser execution. They're a tool to help you catch problems faster, not a certification that your application is bug-free, secure, or compliant with any standard. Review results yourself before relying on them, especially for anything safety- or compliance-critical.

Your content, our platform

You retain ownership of the URLs, flows, and site content you submit, and of the reports VeriWasp generates for you. You grant us the right to process that content (including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers) solely to operate the service for you. VeriWasp and its underlying technology remain ours.

No warranty

VeriWasp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We work to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriWasp's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Termination

You may stop using VeriWasp and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as VeriWasp evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
