Acceptable Use
This page describes what you can and cannot do with VeriWasp. It is not a substitute for a full Terms of Service; treat it as an initial statement of policy, not a final legal document.
Authorized testing only
You may only use VeriWasp, including Load Testing, API Testing, Playtests, and the Accessibility Scanner, against:
- Systems you own, or
- Systems you have explicit permission to test.
Load Testing in particular generates real concurrent traffic against a target for a sustained period. Pointing it at a system you don't own or don't have permission to test may violate that system's own terms of service, your cloud or hosting provider's terms, or the law. VeriWasp is a tool for testing your own systems, not for testing anyone else's without their consent.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for confirming you have the right to test any target you configure in VeriWasp. VeriWasp does not verify ownership or authorization on your behalf. By using VeriWasp, you're confirming you already have it.
This page is a placeholder acceptable use policy and has not been reviewed by an attorney. It should be replaced with a counsel-reviewed Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy before being relied on for legal protection.
